Ultrasound diagnostics and Injection Therapy

Former elite athlete in Olympic Wrestling competing for Panellinios and Panathinaikos.

I have an in-depth clinical background in Clinical Physiotherapy and Sport Physiology/Biomechanics as well as Diagnostic Ultrasound and Injection Therapy. My main focus is precisely diagnosis and mapping physiological and biomechanical changes during injuries. Time frame and type of injury lay as a base for appropriate methods needed to be applied.

I have worked with national teams and elite athletes for many years, i coordinate and lead physiotherapy departments and supervise students at several levels as well as clinical work in diagnostics and rehabilitation in close contact with physiotherapists, chiropractors, GPs, physicians and surgeons.

Explore Kinesis will serve as an arena for me to share all the research i read and explore in my clinical work so that best quality evidence can be available. Research will focus on respectively physiotherapy and rehabilitation as well as sport science and training back to your activity and sport. Articles published on the site will be static and updated when necessary.

Follow explorekinesis on instagram for weekly updates.
